Osmosis is a website that has animated visuals that go with the narration. They recently partnered with Elsevier and a lot of students use them.
Boards and Beyond is my personal favorite. A physician from UCONN created this site; it's a video platform that uses powerpoint slides; he does a phenomenal job explaining everything.
The ECG Academy is a video platform done by an electrophysiologist who breaks down 12 leads in a way thats extremely easy to understand.

This is an app that summarizes a lot of landmark studies. It costs 6 bucks but its definitely worth it!
This app I've used on my iPad; its a 3D reconstruction of the human body, and you can toggle on/off different systems. 25 bucks.
You plug in the disease or organism and it tells you the recommended empiric antibiotics. to use for different patient demographics.
This is a medical simulation game; you can even earn CME through it- it's very cool.
Unites States Preventative Taskforce has an app that, you plug in the patient demographics and it summarizes the recommended primary preventive measures. Free.
